Colon cancer is the second most common form of cancer. It is found that low doses of aspirin reduce the amount of cases of colon cancer by a fourth and deaths due to color cancer by a third. On the down side, aspirin can be dangerous to some users as it can cause internal bleeding. Ibuprofen has also been found to help reduce colon cancer through long term regular dosing of the drug.
